HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Order change and cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

A tracking number will be provided by email. You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your order by contacting the customer care team through our contact page, or directly by email
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip. If goods are damaged, please send a photo with the damaged good to us at with the subject line: DAMAGED, and include your order number.
Please note, for lashes, discrepancies may occur, so if the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment, they are handmade and this does not constitute damaged items.
Damages from shipping, we will need to be reviewed and we cannot guarantee this will resort to replacement of product.

Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, USPS does not update tracking for 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment. We ask that you check back in 48 hours. If you still do not see tracking information please contact one of our team members at

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged at
