The standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. However, it can change around holidays.


At this time, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING OVER $60 and free Standard Shipping on all international orders over $100

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO & APO addresses and Shop & Ship Addresses. 

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$5.95 flat fee for all domestic orders all states within the USA (Free Shipping over $40)

$10.00 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide (Free Shipping over $100)

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.



We ship worldwide- just select your country at checkout.  Our products are shipped from USA. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from ShivaCosmetics, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. ShivaCosmetics does not collect duties and taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.


In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, LIPLAND does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered.


We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please DO NOT email us your card information to make a payment.


You will receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information


Order change and cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled. 


All sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip. If goods are damaged, please send a photo with the damaged good to us at with the subject line: DAMAGED, and include your order number.
Please note, for lashes, discrepancies may occur, so if the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment, they are handmade and this does not constitute damaged items.
Damages from shipping, we will need to be reviewed and we cannot guarantee this will resort to replacement of product.
